Return Policy
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product has a major failure, and to a repair or replacement where a product has a minor failure, in accordance with the ACL.
Warranties
- Brand new products that display a product code in the format
CODE: dsz[xxx]typically include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, where this is offered it will be stated in the product description. - Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing faults and defects under normal use.
- Warranty terms do not cover misuse, accidental damage, fair wear and tear, or issues caused by incorrect installation or maintenance.
How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

For the quickest response:
- Message us from your customer account, or
- Use our contact form on the website.
We will usually require:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos clearly demonstrating the issue (and video if relevant)
This helps us assess the issue quickly and minimise delays.
