Return Policy

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product has a major failure, and to a repair or replacement where a product has a minor failure, in accordance with the ACL.

Warranties

  • Brand new products that display a product code in the format CODE: dsz[xxx] typically include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, where this is offered it will be stated in the product description.
  • Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing faults and defects under normal use.
  • Warranty terms do not cover misuse, accidental damage, fair wear and tear, or issues caused by incorrect installation or maintenance.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

Please contact us before returning any item.

For the quickest response:

  1. Message us from your customer account, or
  2. Use our contact form on the website.

We will usually require:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photos clearly demonstrating the issue (and video if relevant)

This helps us assess the issue quickly and minimise delays.

Vendor-Specific Terms

Some products are sold by individual vendors who may offer their own return or warranty terms. Where applicable, these terms will be outlined in:
